Remote car starter was installed at another location and never worked properly. Brandon told me to bring it down and he would check it out. Short story: they were very busy, but he fit me in - checked all the wiring, correct a software problem, reprogrammed the system and it works perfectly. I asked him what I owed and he responded 'no charge'. I read review #1 and am planning to bring ny car there for the same. This company is VERY FAIR and ONE YOU CAN TRUST. A Satisfied Customer! more

Car Stereos 7/5/2005

Brandon is the owner/operator/chief installer of car and boat stereos, and he really knows what he's doing. He put a jack in my car so I could plug my iPod into the stereo. I feel like, had I not happened to know another person who worked there, I would not have known what Sound Waves was selling, or that I could trust them to do something unusual well. more
