Yellow-Zone Cab Co is probably the most undependable, unreliable, taxi service out there. Every time I call this place to pick me up either they come 2 hours later or they don't come at all. The first time the late cab came I thought it was just because it was a busy day but when it happened 5 others times I knew it was just unreliability.

Arrived late and paid the awful $20 for overnight parking, since there was no available parking on the street. Service was fine, at check-in and otherwise. The room was comfortable and clean. As I'm a ByRequest member, there were drinks and a snack waiting in the room when we arrived (which was really cool!) Great view of the lake from our room, and no problems with noise on our floor. Overall good experience, good rates for downtown.
Pros: comfortable, clean, inexpensive rate, near downtown

I called Weiss Movers just to get an estimate and I must say, they were not the friendliest people. Even though they’re local and they offer free estimates, I would not use them because I do not trust them. They were way too pushy when I called to get an estimate and after I told them I only wanted an estimate, they tried to get me off the phone as soon as possible.

This Hotel is spectacular. It has a wonderful executive suite at a reasonable price. The entire staff threats their guest like royalty. This is a great place to stay when you are visiting down town Cleveland.
