We've used Pleasant Valley Travel for two different trips, one a cruise and the other an all-inclusive resort, and each time we've been very happy with them. They are so helpful and are sure to take care of every detail there is. They meet with you to plan, answer any questions (then or later if you call), and then go over all of the paperwork with you when it comes in before your trip. They had great suggestions for shows to see and places to go, and booked us a discounted show as well. On the cruise, they even sent us a bottle of wine to our stateroom the first night. I've heard that they are moving to a different location soon. I hope it's not too far away, because I'd like to use them again for our next big trip.

These guys are AWESOME! I have used them twice for two separate moves and the service is TOP NOTCH. I requested and was given the same team, and the guys really did a wonderful job. They took great care with our things and gave a really high level of service. They're so neat to watch, too - every move is perfectly communicated and coreographed. I HIGHLY recommend Fridrich's.

The staff at Dodd Camera are some of the most helpful people I have ever come across. I had recently had a problem with my digital camera and took it to Dodd to see if they could help me. Before I took the camera in, I was afraid that it wouldn’t be able to be fixed. I put my camera in the hands of the Dodd crew, came back a day later and my camera was a good as new. I will definitely be going back.

This was our first stay in a B&B and it was very nice. The house was nostalgic and beautiful! We were within a mile of downtown and perfectly located for our evening out. A real win with our stay was how every room is equipt with their own bathroom. My husband and I would definitely choose this B&B in the future for our next event up in Cleveland.
Pros: Amazing gourmet breakfast.
Cons: i couldn't stay longer.

This hotel knows how to treat a guest right. I walked into the lobby at 11am and was able to check in early..Front desk staff was very well trained and professional. Rooms are very comfortable and rates are between $89 to $109. This place is not your typical Radisson. Great location to all downtown events. I will always stay with this hotel, they make me feel like I am home! Keep up the great work Radisson

This is a very elegant hotel in with spacious rooms, luxurious amenities & historical architecture. My friend from work had her wedding ceremony and reception at this hotel. The hotel's reception coordinator for the wedding did an excellent job.

I read some of the reviews here and worried before my arrival, NOT ANY MORE! They must have replaced the staff as they were friendly and very helpful. After staying the night and needing to return in the near future, there is no way I will stay elsewhere, They receive my 5 stars!
I highly recommend this hotel to everyone needing to stay near the Cleveland Clinic. The clinic is right across the street. The whole clinic is mostly in walking distance of this hotel. The rooms are CLEAN, UPDATED, quiet and my room had a refrigerator included. The staff is friendly and the area is safely secured by officers covering the area and also the clinic. There is food services availlable on the first floor and also food you can purchase from a freezer in the Lobby and you can heat in a microwave oven at affordable prices after spending a day at the clinic, no need to worry about where to eat late at night. I hope this helps some travelers rest easy, and Heal Well!
