Old Fashioned Italian Food 4/16/2006

Mamma Santa's is the kind of place you can net visit for ten years, then come back to find it just as you remember. They have a wonderfully tangy pizza sauce that goes great with botled beer. Prices are very reasonable. Parking can be a real hassle (especially on Saturday night), as with everything in Little Italy. But if you live in Cleveland and you've never eaten here, you really should. more

Great Place! 10/6/2005

We hadn't been there for a few years but we were in the area and decided to stop thru again. Everything is still basically the same. This place smells great when you walk in the door and the service is still friendly as ever! I feel like part of their family when I go to the place and it feel likes home. The pizza was very good! The service was good too…as usual! more

The heart of Little Italy is Mama Santa's - anyone can tell you that! It's a cozy little diner with small tables and dim lighting for ambience. The waiters and waitresses are always friendly, and their food is always cooked to perfection, with just the right amount of seasonings and spices. Their entire menu looks delicious, but their pasta is so delicious, I'm yet to try anything else! This is a nice romantic restaurant for dates, one everyone is sure to love. more

Best Pizza in the City! 6/18/2005

This place is so very popular. It's always crowded and you have to wait to get in line and get seated, but it's worth the wait! The pizza is wonderful and it'll make you make a note to yourself that you want to come back again later for more. The other stuff on the menu is good, too. They serve the basic Italian pasta dishes. For the first time being there, definitely try the pizza. The food is authentic and there is nice music playing in the background. The service, though, might be a little slow due to the crowded dining area. But they are friendly, enough. It's also inexpensive!! Can't beat that! more
