Prices are excellent. It is easy to find parking and the employees are helpful. I will not shop anywhere else.

Super Kmart moved into the Cleveland area several years ago. They were constantly picketed for a couple of years by the food workers union and didn't break into their demands. I was surprised. Super Kmart has the worst customer service of any grocery store I've been on. They are a combination grocery and department store. Onto their poor customer service. I find myself hardly EVER going to this store. Not only due they have too few employees, their items they advertise for sale, are rarely in stock, even on the first day of the sale. I can't fault just the Super Kmart. That seems to be the whole Kmart chain problem. Avoid this store unless you want to deal with no employees, one cashier open, nothing you went there for in stock.

Gotta love that blue light special, I always go to this store when I need a bunch of different things at once. They offer food, clothing, home and garden accessories, as well as media. They also usually give out free posters on the first day of an Album's realease which is very nice. The employees are usally high strung, then again they have to put up with the customers. I am always happy shopping here, and they have awesome deals if you need certain things.
