I couldn't believe my fortune in finding Fitworks. I merely went because it was the closest gym to me, and from the first time I saw it, I knew it was no ordinary gym!
Fitworks recently renovated to include a Cardio Cinema, Oxygen Bar, and Hydromassage Table. The Cardio Cinema is a pitch-black room with a movie screen, and treadmills, ellipticals, stationary bikes, and stair-steppers to work out while you watch movies. It's a great way to pass the time.
They have a huge free lift area, and specialized equipment to target various muscles in your body. There are also classes offered each day, from firming and sculpting, to abs, to cardio. In the locker rooms, they have a sauna to relax your muscles after the workout.
Fitworks is very clean and the staff is very friendly. They have every piece of equipment imaginable, so you're guaranteed to have a workout customized to your likings.

I attended classes at this studio and they were the most wonderful yoga classes that I have ever taken. I have been studying yoga for a couple of years and I like Body of Change because they do not force you to buy a block of classes. Not everyone's schedule and/or budget is conducive to purchasing an entire block of classes. Body of Change welcomes everyone and they are not demeaning in any way, like some yoga studios. Also, I feel as if Namaste rates are competitive if not on the reasonable side.

I have a membership to this gym. It is friendly for both males and females. They offer alot of machines. The staff is very friendly. the decor is awesome. Sometimes it is way to packed or to hot in the gym. Also you can only go to this location and one in troy for the membership instead of all gyms. Still the gym has plenty to offer.
