Pat Catan's Craft Ctr

Pat Catan's is based in Strongsville, Ohio and has several locations near Cleveland. They usually offer better prices than Michaels. Some stores also have a large art section (like the Parma one) that is much better in my opinion than Michaels. Though Pat Catan's isn't a fancy place, it will get the job done. I don't need to pay extra to walk on nicer tile. The Berea Road location can be a little dusty at times, but has a great little dollar store attached to it that I believe is also owned by Catans. The Parma location is two stories high, with the top devoted to art materials. I do not believe it is accessible to those who cannot walk up the stairs, however. Sometimes, Pat Catans has really good sales where they put the stuff they want to get rid of outside, and you go in and pay. These are usually great deals. I am happy with Pat Catans and normally would choose it over any other craft store. The employees are very helpful as well. more

Pat Catans is a local craft store, like a michaels, but even better. They carry many different catagories of craft supplies, from yarn, art supplies, a floral department, and custom framing. The nice thing about the place is that they offer special "vip" savings. for a small fee, you get a discount card where you can save even more money. I almost always find what i need when i go there. But if i need help, sometimes the workers dont even know where something is. That is about the only downfall to it. more

Pat Catan's is one of those 'one tank trips' you need to make. There are several stores over NE Ohio and a couple even in PA now. You have other craft stores like Michael's, but Pat Catans has about everything you would need in one of their stores. They carry all the craft items, holiday gifts, and neat toys for children, patterns, paint, you name it, and you'll find it at Pat Catans. more
