National City is a good bank that I have never had any problems with. The tellers are always very kind, and will take time to explain things to the elderly or people, or anyone for that matter. Though the hours at some branches are those of typical banks, if you venture to an in store location (like at some Dave's Supermarkets), the hours are a little better. The interest rate is quite low, but I am happy with their service. If you are trying to save money, I wouldn't recommend National City but if you need easy access to it, it is wonderful. They also helped me get my first credit card as soon as I turned 18 so I could build credit. They seem to be pretty loyal to their customers, especially if you are loyal to them. I don't know much about their loans, but I am happy with my banking accounts, credit card, and online banking.
