Good meals 4/2/2006

I have stopped in for breakfast and lunch a few times at this restaurant. They do seem to be quite busy most of the time. I think that it is a big hot shot for people that work in town. The food was excellent every time that I have gone. The seating is a bit crowded. The service wasn't bad either. They are located centrally on main street. You can park at a meter out front or there is the municipal parking lot behind. The prices are decent more

Homecooking 3/25/2006

I've only had the pleasure of eating at the County Seat once, but it was good enough that I feel compelled to leave it an excellent review. It's so nice to go to a non-cookie cutter chain restaurant. If you are in Clarion for lunch this is a nice little place to go to get some real food and not spend a fortune. more

Like THE JUDGE and THE DISTRICT ATTORNEY. Man,..nothing is greater than going to the County Seat, getting a NICE HOT cup of cocoa, and munching down on HOMEMADE pie!!!! MMMMMMMM! Popular witht the locals 12/27/2005

The County Seat is a very popular restaurant witht he local. Be prepared for a crowded restaurant at breakfast and lunch time. The food is probabley as close to home cooking as you can get in a restaurant and is a great bargain. Nothing fancy about the food, but still good. Lunch time brings a establishment full of local business men and women, attorney's, judges, and families. The early you arrive for lunch, the more likely you are to get a table. A major downfall is that the dining room is extremely crowded and during the lunch rush, you have to fight your way to the rest rooms, or out the door. more
