I love this place. They carry lots of different types of high-end hair cair products. They have great prices. I've always been able to find what I was looking for...things are always in stock. They have a decent rewards program where you get a $10 GC when you purchase $150 in products (not all at once...it adds up). They also have some decent clearances.

I have a love/hate relationship with Old Navy. On one hand they have really cute clothes for really reasonable prices. On the other hand their staff is a little slow and rude and it usually looks like a clothing bomb went off in the store. The whole place is disorganized. But my main reason for not going there more often is their customer service is shoddy.

Frederick's Institute has pretty much a full list of services that any regular salon will offer. The difference is that you are being serviced by a graduating student. You can get anything from a haircut to pedicure or manicure. The staff is very young and cheerful. I've really enjoyed getting my spa pedicure for a very very reasonable price. You get a choice of OPI colors and can really enjoy the foot massage after long foot soak full of Aveda aroma. I would give this place a GOOD rating only because the experience totally depends on who you get and what service you sign up for. Appointments are scheduled for normal business hours or Saturdays, which go very quickly. I've had to sign up as far as 2 months in advance.

Frederick's Institute has pretty much a full list of services that any regular salon will offer. The difference is that you are being serviced by a graduating student. My girlfriend likes stuff like these. On one of our monthly anniversaries, I bought her a set of bath stuff. I do not really know a lot of things about these bath stuff. At first, I went to the store and the saleslady was very helpful and helped me picked the right bath stuff for my girlfriend. She helped me pick the green tea aroma or something. My girlfriend loved it and she said I was so sweet. Well, thanks to the people that work at Bath and Body Works.

Petsmart is the greatest pet store I've been to. I love that you can bring your dog. They have a great selection of products. They have great charity events. And my favorite thing is that they work with local shelters to adopt out animals. I got my 2 cats from a Petsmart and they are the best ever. If you dog has accident they have stations set up with trash-cans, paper towels and wet wipes. And they give your dog a biscuit when you check-out.

Biggs is my main grocery store that I shop at. They have great prices and a great selection. They are rarely out of stock on an item that I want. The store is always very clean and organized. IT would be nice if they had a larger organic section, though. Staff is very friendly and helpful.

I like Big Lots. I travel alot so this a great place to get my travel health and beauty items. This is one of those places where you always find things that you don't really need, but buy anyway. The store itself is very disorganized and cluttered, but that's OK. The staff is OK. They are just friendly enough when you are checking out. Big Lots are very hit and miss. I've been to some really bad ones but I love the one on Beechmont Avenue. Make sure you check out the pet supply area. YOu can usually get some decent dog toys cheap.
