The staff is unprofessional, they do not know how to properly measure the bride or the bridesmaids, and the mangement refuses to work with the customers to ensure a positive out come.The bride of our wedding purchased 13 dresses from their store, and 6 of them were improperly measured. They only agreed to correcting one of the dresses. The dresses were ordered months in advance, but when the dresses arrived they did not fit correctly. When measuring for the dresses they have you sign a receipt, but they don't explain to you the meaning of the receipt. If you sign the receipt, you are responsible for purchasing the dressing and you do not have to be happy about it. A wedding is one of the most important days of your life. Please do not trust them with your special day.

I went to Cincinnati Bride and found the dress I wanted and was told it would be five months to get the dress and to order it in March. I can=me back in March and was told that dress is gone find another one. I contacted the company that made the dress and it was not discontinued. Cincinnati Bride called to tel me they would get a sample for me after a month the sample was not ordered. I found another shop to order the dress and discovered that the dress they were going to charge me $808.00 for is to be sold for $648.00 and the manufacturer is having problems with Cincinnati Bride Double and Triple charging the brides for the gowns. NEVER buy a dress from this store!!!!!

Although I did find the PERFECT dress at Cincinnati Bride, I would not recommend this store to any bride. The woman who helped was not friendly at all! She was obviously just trying to make a sell. My Mom and my maid of honor were with me when I tried on dresses at the store. My maid of honor asked a couple of questions about the dresses, and the woman who was helping us acted completely disgusted that we had questions. She was not very kind. Not to mention the dress takes six months to ship, which is ridiculously long. The dress selection is amazing, but the service is awful! The only reason I purchased a dress from this store is because I was in love with the dress. I really wanted to purchase a dress from another store, but couldn't find another dress that I loved as much as the one at Cincinnati Bride. If possible, avoid buying your dress at Cincinnati Bride.

I bought my dress and received it UPS in plenty of time for alterations and my wedding date. However, the staff did not measure my hips and I ended up with a dress that was at least 2 sizes too small. When I called the store they told there was absolutely nothing they could do to help because I had requested a size 12. Since I do not sell wedding gowns professionally, I took the staff's sizing advice and purchased the 12. Several seamstresses told me that they would not be able to alter the gown because there was not enough extra fabric in the seams to let out. The store manager was thoroughly unhelpful, ungracious, and unconcerned that the gown of my dreams was a nightmare. Bridal and Formal across the street offered to let me exchange my gown for a dress off their racks if I was unable to get it altered to my satisfaction. The manager at Cincinnati Bride even refused to take a phone message for the associate who sold me my gown.

While I did not buy my wedding gown here, I was very impressed with the professional attitude of the staff. The dressing rooms were very private and the women working at the store helped get the dresses on easily. The sales staff went out of their way to find dresses that matched the description. This store did not charge to keep a list of dresses like some other bridal stores do. All in all, I had a pleasant dress shopping experience and would recommend them to anyone.

This bridal salon is located on Benson Street in the Reading Bridal District. While it is not nearly as large as Bridal and Formal (which is right across the street), it was the only store where I found a dress I loved—a Ginza brand halter. The store was well organized, and it wasn’t as crowded as some of the other stores on Benson Street. I really liked that there were individual dressing rooms instead of the big open dressing room at Bridal and Formal. The staff at Cincinnati Bride was very helpful while I was in the store. They helped me try on all the dresses I thought I might like, and they helped pick out slips, veils, tiaras, etc. for each. The store is set up so that you change in the dressing room and then go back into the store to look at yourself in front of the big mirror. This was helpful since my mom and sister could see me without coming into the dressing room. The only complaint about the mirror is that, while large, it is only a wall of mirrors, so it is hard to see your sides or back very well. Once I chose the dress of my dreams is when things started going downhill quickly with Cincinnati Bride. This store is not cheap. They must charge the recommended retail price for everything, plus shipping (since I lived in Dayton). Also, they measured me incorrectly and convinced me I needed a size that ended up being at least a size too big when it arrived and made altering it even harder. Then, they said the pieces would be held at the store until everything came in, and then they would send it in one big box. I got three boxes at three totally different times. This was only frustrating because it was difficult to tell if the pieces would fit me well when all together, and I was worried they might not let me exchange a piece I’d had for months. The real trouble began when I moved before I got the last box. I tried over and over to call Cincinnati Bride, and every single time I got a recording stating that they do not answer the phone while they are helping a bride in the store. Basically, if anyone is in this fairly busy store, they don’t pick up the phone. I’m also convinced they often forget to turn off the recording when they’re really not busy. It seems once this place has your money, they don’t care what happens. All in all, my recommendation would be to see if they have your dream dress at Cincinnati Bride, but then buy it elsewhere.
