I cannot stress enough that you must avoid Mike's Carwash. I talked at length with them about my concern in taking my car thru their carwash due to the low-profile wheels. They assured me everything would be fine, and if they did damage anything, they would pay for the damages. Well, sure enough, they damaged the left-front wheel the first time thru their carwash, and they immediately denied doing it. I've talked to others who have had similar experiences. Simply, try someone else.

My car was still dusty on the trunk and one of the hubcaps was still grimy after using Mike's Carwash on Colerain! Even the windows were streaky and I had to rewash them. This wasn't any better than going to a gas station car wash, and it cost 3 times as much.

Went through Mike's Car Wash on 12/28 and the washing and drying system had so much pressure that it broke my entire wiper system and caused $337 worth of damage. The corporate office said it was not their carwash that caused the damage but it was indeed. If it was already broke, it would have been broke before I went to through the carwash. Windshield wiper systems are not listed on their sign under "things we are not responsible for..."

I must say this has to be the best car wash ever! my car has never shinned this good after a wash, ever. I must say those other reviews stating that their car got damaged and didn't get fixed, $2500 worth of damage?!?!? get a clue, don't take your busted up car to a car wash and expect them to pay for things that break off. Especially when they have a 8 ft sign saying " not responsible for cracked, rusted or previously damaged items." they are apart of the BBB... you don't get into that if you screw people over. Trust me everyone..this company will bend over backwards if in fact they do create a damage. I've heard stories where a customer has caused a wreck in the tunnel, fled the scene, and mikes car wash paid for everyones cars to get fixed........ if you don't call that quality service.... i don't know what is. i will be a life time customer with them, unless my car is falling apart... then i will have enough sense to stay away from hazards. We take many of our customer's vehicles through there after we've serviced them and they come out looking great. They re gonna pay, and I didnt even get a refund, or vaseline..... but hey, this is what lawyers are for! DONT USE MIKES CAR WASH! YEAH, THEY ARE QUICK AND YOUR LAZY BUTT DOESNT HAVE TO DO ANYTHING TILL YOUR NUMBER IS UP!!

I would NOT advise anyone to take their car to Mike's Car wash. I recently took my car there and a lady 2 cars in front of me hit her breaks causing me to hit the guy in front of me, who hit her. The employees assured me that everything would be fine and they would take care of the damage done to my car. Well... they lied! Because that ladies insurance is claiming that she is not responsible, Mike's car wash is telling me that I am SOL! That they are not responsible for what happen to my car. Now how is that when I had no control over my car? I was INSIDE their car wash on the rollers. I understand that she should not have hit her breaks but, I cannot help that she's an idiot. Mike's said they would take care of me and they didn't. They are telling me that I have to pay for the damage. That is just ridiculous! They need a sign at the entrance of their car wash that reads, "Wash at your own risk" because if your car gets damaged inside their car wash.... they are going to tell you the same thing.... OH WELL... fix it yourself we are not liable. Don't take your car there... it's not worth it!

mike's is a good machine car wash. The prices are sometimes a little steep, but the process leaves the car very clean. As long as you're comfortable with have a machine wash the car, you'll have nothing to worry about with Mike's. The line can get a little long on weekends when the weather forecast is good.

Mike's Express Carwash is THE best carwash around. They always use warm water and you can feel you car getting clean as you drive through. The soap actually foams and the air actually blows all the water off your car! Their full service is great. My car loves getting bathed at Mike's!
