I called to get a quote on a new roof a week ago (friday). Dan told me he would be out monday or tuesday and would email me a quote. it is now a week later, and still no quote. I called to ask about it and he said he had so many to do that he hasn't done mine. Seems like he didn't care too much about the job, and said "you just don't understand how many I have right now". I told him it was about managing expectations, and that if he needed 2 weeks to give the quote, he should say that, not say he was going to be out in 2 days then not show.

I called to get a quote on a new roof a week ago (friday). Dan told me he would be out monday or tuesday and would email me a quote. it is now a week later, and still no quote.
