ME and the kids love just going and looking around at the Harley dealership. They will let the kids look around and will even set them on the bikes. They are eager to teach you about the bikes not just sell them. The place is always spotless. The specialize in all Harleys and have any Harley you want and will fix it up just how you like! And considering that the bikes they sell are harleys their prices are fairly reasonable.

I brought my bike in for the very first oil change/tune up. I was first told that the Cycle City service was about about $150 and the factory recommended service was over $300. I asked what the differences were. They did not know, but did get the factory service manual out. We went through the manual and found some differences, but they could not explain what the differences were or how they would do things differently. I chose to go with the Cycle City service because I didn't think they would do anything different except charge me another $150.
I dropped the bike off on Wed. They told me it would be done either Friday or Sat. I called on Sat. I asked if my bike was ready. They returned the question by asking me if they had called. I said no, but you did say that it would be done Friday or Sat. The person on the phone told me with attitude that parts had been ordered. Wed is the ETA now, but based on the conversation, I don't think my bike will be rushed. If you are going to keep a bike for at least a week, someone should call.
I don't know what they are doing, if the work is being done right, but I had planned to take my wife's bike in. I am now going to check out the other Suzuki dealer.

My motorcycle broke down and this garage worked on it. They called me up and explained that they didn't know what caused the problem and they didn't know what fixed the problem. Then he told me that I owed him $319 for labor. When I went to the shop to pick up my bike he closed early so I could not get it until the next business day which was Saturday. Then I seen the sign next to the door that he wouldn't be open Saturday. This caused me to miss out on a couple great rides over the weekend on top of having to pay $319 for his "professional" service that consisted of "I don't know what was wrong with it or how it got fixed." I won't be going back to this guy again.
Update - When I got my bike back, he asured me that he had driven the bike several times and had no more problems with it. I took it home and spent the next couple days painting my brothers bike. Once that was done, we both hop on our bikes and take off. 45 minutes later I'm broke down again and stranded on the side of the road with the same exact problem. Since this guy wrote on my receipt that he wouldn't charge me anymore labor on this issue, I called him up and once again, it's sitting in his shop.
Pros: none
Cons: Customer Service is lousy, business ethics are shady

After calling Cycle Specialties in search of a Kawasaki 500 LTD and being told they had one, then driving over an hour to get to their location, we were told that no test ride was possible. Cycle Specialties allows no test rides at all, according to the sales person we spoke with. Apparently they expect you to plunk down thousands of dollars on a bike you have never so much as started.
They can have any silly sales-killing policy they want, what annoyed me enough to actually write this review was the sales person's insistence that "nobody allows test rides". In the last four years we have test-ridden and purchased motorcycles from Shipp's Yamaha, Beechmont Motorsports, and Cycle City Motorycycles.
So thanks for saving us thousands of dollars, Cycle Specialties, by preventing the purchase of the bike, but no thanks for wasting all that time. When someone calls and asks if you have a specific model available, you should be sure to mention your weird no-test-ride policy *before* they make the drive.
