Frame and Save has never failed me. I have taken several pieces to Frame and Save for matting and framing. You can choose between full service, or use one of their stations to mat and frame your piece yourself. They are wonderful in assisting you in selecting the appropriate material, style, and size of frame for your artwork. They are real pros.

One of my good friends recently used Sacksteder's to decorate her new home. The designs were very beatiful, but in my opinion were very cold. Her house looked like it came from within a magazine, but was not very warm and liveable. She had 10 foot floral arrangements that were beautiful, but they cost hundreds more than she could have found elsewhere. I think they'd be great to use for ideas, but you can definitely do on your own for MUCH less!

I absolutly love this store. Their products are outstanding! I love how you get free gift wrapping if you buy something on someones wedding registery. Only thing bad about this store, is that their prices are kinda high.
PROS: great products, lots of selections
CONS: pricey

Crackpots is like a pottery painting cafe. The studio is set up like a cafe, but don't be fooled, you are there to paint pottery. The round table allow you to socialize and share colors and tools while you paint. The selection of items to paint is quite extensive, from ornaments to platters, to banks, there is something for everyone. there are some really cute small items for children. You pay for your time spent painting. Crackpots also offer painting parties. Crackpots also fires your creation, but you have to wait a week to pick of your pieces.

The 20th Century Theater is a really polished well run place with good music and some seriously swank special events. If you're seeing a show, go to Habits before (and after!) then get right up and personal with the musical act. I saw Harry Connick Jr. there years ago and he was just right there! I also have had their food at a private event I attended and it was really surprisingly awesome. It had a definite home cooked feel to it. Don't slum it at the Southgate or Bogarts or the Madison Theater, class it up at the 20th Century.
Pros: Clean, classy, friendly and inviting. Great service, great sound and great access to the acts.
Cons: Smaller venue so they don't get the bigger acts.

i bought my daughter's bedding set and curtains from Bed Bath and Beyond. She also picked out candles and rugs. Her nedroom looked great. I thought that it was priced cheap. They only sell good items. Nothing that will fall apart on the first wash. This store is the cleanest store I think I have ever been in.

They have cool stuff in a variety of styles. They often have good coupon for 5 dollars off 15 dollars and they will take coupons from linens and things. The store is divided in sections from bath to bed to kitchen and so on. They have all the new gadgets and all the classic old ones. My hubby and I seached every where for a silicone basting brush and Bed bath and beyond was the ONLY place we could find it.

I never find anything I like in this store. They sell items for the home, such as bedding, bath, kitchen, etc. To me, most of the things they sell there are tacky and cheaply made while the prices do not reflect this. I'll pass. The store is generally clean, albeit not very enticing. Staff is OK, although it is difficult to find help with things on the floor.
PROS: nada
CONS: poor selection, cheaply made items
