I love going grocery shopping at Bigg's. Before I lived near one, I would drive 40 minutes just to shop there. The store is always bright and clean. I love how wide there aisles are, 3 carts can fit through. The prices are usually the lowest next to a walmart or meijer. I hardly ever have had problems with their produce. I have never found the customer service I find at Bigg's at any other grocery store.

I had a pilonidal cyst all of my life (it would seem but unbeknownst to me). I had been to 5 doctors, including Dr. Rafferty, regarding this annoying problem.
Her office is on the 5th floor at The Christ Hospital Medical Office Building (turn right onto Mason Street from Auburn Avenue and proceed into the Mason Street Parking Garage).
Dr. Rafferty's staff is excellent. Her medical assistant/nurse at the time of my consultation (January of 2002) listened to my concerns and 'bio' regarding my situation. I made it imperative to her nurse that I wasn't interested in the conservative approach. Thankfully, they realized that the more aggressive approach (i.e. surgery) was the necessary route to take...
Dr. Rafferty came into the room, shook my hand, and said, "We'll figure this out together." I like that; it shows teamwork.
She tried working with my 'problem' but wasn't successful in the room; at this point, we went into an adjoinging room to discuss surgery.
The surgery took place in March of 2002; I received MAC sedation, and all went well.
I had my first follow up with her nurse, Kimberly Cain, two weeks after my surgery. I had several follow ups with Kimberly for 5 months (wound was slow to heal; nothing wrong with doctor), and Dr. Rafferty saw me around 6-8 weeks after my surgery.
I thought that this follow up care was exceptional because I didn't want to be turned loose until I was completely healed, and they knew that.
I have since seen Dr. Rafferty for something else; she was quick to diagnose the problem and prescribed the appropriate treatment.
I will only go to her/this group for these types of conditions. I'm having a colonoscopy performed next week at the Endoscopy Suite by one of her colleagues, Dr. Bradley Davis, as Dr. Rafferty isn't peforming these now that she has 2 new colleagues. The other guy is Dr. David O'Brien. I haven't meet/seen him but saw Dr. Davis in passing during a recent visit with Dr. Rafferty's nurse practicioner, Kimberly Cain.
I feel that Dr. Rafferty knows her medicine and has an impressive list of credentials. She trained with a well-respected colon and rectal surgeon in the midwest as well.

The people that work for this company are saints. My grandmother had cancer and our family did alot of the work, but it just never seemed to be enough. The lady that came to help out was always willing to go above and beyond her job. Most importantly my grandmother enjoyed the company and a NEW FRIEND. I would recommend this company to any family that needs extra help with a loved one.

I hope you never do have to admit your child to the hospital, but if you ever did, I hope you are in Cincinnati. This hospital is top quality. With a great preop game room with video games, books and toys, a play room for during admission with more of the same- and of particular delight to the kids, a la carte menu room service with kid friendly dishes. DIrt pudding, anyone? :)
The staff is premier, nursing and residents alike. -

The women who work at Midwives Care are THE best at what they do. Providing GYN and OB services in a beautiful restored Victorian home, they provide well rounded care. The office is family friendly, with many children present and a casual atmosphere.
The CNM's will talk with you not only about your physical state of being but your emotional and mental state as well, spending what seems to be double the time of OB/GYN MD's.
Crossing my fingers that this practice can return to doing homebirths and birthing center births fot he women who would choose that.

Cincinnati Children's dentists provides top-notch services. They are full service, so if your child needs any specialized services they will definitely be available there as well, including orthodontics. They are also excellent with children, and can effectively help the little one who is fearful of dental procedures. On the down side, I've had to wait quite a while to go through registration there sometimes (often 10-15 minutes just to sign in). Once through that process, however, it's usually very efficient, and you see the dental hygienist very quickly. I think it's a much better option than having your family dentist see your children, because Children's is more attuned to special needs of kids.

I trust Appearance Plus for all of my dry cleaning. Appearance plus is very reasonably priced and does a wonderful job with my garments. They have never lost or ruined anything. They have also gotten stains out of clothing that I had thought were ruined. They have also cleaned my down comforter. Great dry cleaner.

Dr. Romick is a new dentist for our family. We were very unsatisfied with our former dentist and his office staff. We received this recommendation from our orthodontist. My 14 year old daughter hates visiting the dentist. After seeing Dr. Romick for a routine cleaning and minor filling, she asked when she could go back --- that he was cool and his assistant didn't hurt her mouth and teeth. This is the first positive experience she has ever had at a dental office. I can say I was pleased with the work he did for me also. The office staff is very nice, extremely pleasant, and very helpful with filing claim forms and getting school forms completed. Our appointment was kept timely and there was little to no wait as the office hadn't overbooked with the anticipation that someone wouldn't show up. A great benefit for our family. I have and will continue to recommend Dr. Romick and his office to everyone.

My dog and I are equally happy with the Beechmont Pet Hospital. The staff is super friendly, the fees are more than reasonable. The office itself is quite clean. They have Satruday and evening hours and emergency hours if needed. Wonderful place! The vets on staff have great dispositions with the animals and the people.
