This was the worst place I have ever bought a car from. After all the high pressure dealings with them I bought my car. The car was brand new and in the shop over 20 times in the first year! I know this is not their fault, but the way they handled it was horrible. They would try to tell me something wasn't covered under my warranty even though the car had a couple hundred miles on it on the first instance. It was a pain to get a rental car from them, eventhough I had purchased an extended warranty that is supposed to provide it. I began taking it to Champion in Florence and all the problems got fixed! STAY AWAY FROM KIDD!!!! Pros: None Cons: High Pressure, not friendly

Fred is awful to deal with, took 4 weeks longer then first quoted then it still was not finished right. Decals were running down hill and had air bubbles in it. Only done half the work they were supposed to do and even then acted like they did me a big favor. I will never let them touch my trucks again
