Falhaber Nissan of Cincinnati did a good job on my car. Their price was well within the approved amount of my insurance company. Service was diligent, prompt and on schedule. People were courteous and helpful in suggesting the dos and donts. They were flexible with dates for servicing pickups and drop offs.

We recently purchased a fold-down (pop-up) camper from Colerain RV's. Actually, we just were browsing in November, planning for a possible purchase in the spring or following autumn. The sales guy we dealt with was friendly and didn't pressure us, but asked details on what we were looking for. About two weeks later, he called and had a new camper, exactly what we were looking for, brand new and over 50% off retail. The deal was so incredible, we had to get it it then. Their staff were very helpful and parts and service were especially great! Wonderful place, with not too much hassle and their prices are much more reasonable than other popular places!!! We've had a couple not so happy dealings, but overall are very satified with the product and the price we got!

I would recommend Joseph Toyota as a place to buy and service a vehicle. Their purchasing experience is very low stress. Their sales people are able to talk price with you. They offer you invoice numbers and financing information, as opposed to the only gettting the information from the business manager like I experienced at some other dealerships. It is very easy to look at their inventory on the internet and to receive price quotes online. This made our decision and price negotiations very easy. We also service our vehicle at Joseph Toyota. The price is higher than what you would pay at a chain service station, but the care you receive is top notch.

You could not ask for a better quality, fair and honest auto-repair shop. I have used Northgate Chrysler's collision center a few times more than I would like to admit. They have never failed to provide quality work at a fair price. They deliver what they say they will deliver, when they say they will deliver it. The personnel is friendly and helpful, no matter the time of day. Wonderful experience.
