I looked at Pro1's website and it looked very nice. I read some reviews and decided to try this company out. Pro1 guarantees to get back with you within 24 hours. I emailed them two weeks ago and called after one week had passed. I haven't heard anything. I'm extremely disappointed.

I happened to find this company due to good reviews via this website. Looking at their website and reviews, I thought I would be getting a high quality "Show Car Wax" and clay bar treatment for a total of $190. They picked up my car and the gentleman named Dale went over their services and assured me of their quality and told me they could have my car back to me by 5:30. About six hours later, I ended up having to get a ride and pick it up myself because my work had closed. When I got there, they were still rushing to get it done. After quickly looking at it I noticed that the carpets looked dirty still, the armrests were dirty still, my chrome wheels were greasy blotchy and dirty, and their was some sort of wax or clay bar all over the car's finish. They quickly went over it and had me out the door. That night, I took a little fabric clean to my carpets, and was astonished to see that the dirt came right off! I cleaned the wheels myself and the rest of the dirt. I called Dale back the next day and told him about the problems. His response was, "I told my employees that you were going to be picky from the beginning." I was thinking to myself, did he really say that?!! Dale was not even there when I picked up the car. I questioned myself for a second, but then looked at my car and knew that I was right! Anyways, Dale told me they would come back out and redo the interior's carpet. It's been about 2-3 weeks now and I have not been contacted. If you're looking for a high priced, low quality customer insulting business, then this is your spot!! I've been getting my cars detailed for years now, and this was ridiculous! Pros: Nice..... when you first call and they pickup Cons: Then they insult your intelligence

I just bought a new car and wanted to ensure I protected the paint job and shine so I could keep it looking sharp for years to come. I had never used a detailing service before and researched some companies on CitySearch prior to going with Pro1. They schduled me in right away, picked my car up at work, consulted with me on what made the most sense for my car, and they were off and running with it. I ended up chosing the Pro Wax Detailing service along with the clay bar treatment based on their recommendation. They did an outstanding job with the car. I was blown away at the look and feel of both the interior and extrior of the car. My car was only 2 weeks off the assembly line so I did not figure it could look much better but it really did. Now my car is protected inside and out. I have already recomended their services to my boss and co-workers. Pro1 was very professional, on time, very thorough, and well worth the money. Next in line is my wife's Toyota..... Pros: Proffesional detailers Cons: None, I will use them again and have highly recommended their service to others

I seek referrals when not sure which company to contact for something. Hopefully this recommendation helps someone in need of interior car detailing and doesn't know who to use. Customer relations: Pro1 handled my request for appointment (submitted via web site inquiry) with a timely and professional call. I later had to call back and adjust my initial appt time and location - they were polite and accommodating. They state very cleary that arrival is within a one-hour window to allow for unforeseen/unavoidable delays (traffic, or perhaps the indescribable condition of prior customer's car) and said they would call should they ever see arrival exceeding that. A solution is a call ahead, to help minimize the need to wait around for the one-hour window, and they called punctually a half hour out as I had requested. The service technician arrived on time (early). Quality of service: we did interior detailing only. Service tech was thorough and was fully equipped to do the job on site in our own driveway. Our 2004 Ford F-150 looks about new inside and we have a three year old. There were two stains that did not come up completely, and our tech advised that upholstery in the pick-up is very durable but not known for stain resistance. As for the durability of their stain guard treatment they applied, we'll have to see how things look in a few months (when the kid turns four). Pros: Mobile detailing is very convenient; Pro1 is good; Discount offered for Angie's List Cons: None; Two stains didn't lift, but we had waited too long to do an interior detail on our vehicle

I had some painting done at our office and didn't anticipate the overspray. As a result, overspray was on every car. I called in the morning and they had people out that afternoon. Even with some rain, they worked around the weather and got the job completed. Cars look great now. Punctuality is not their strong suit but, when they finally made it, they did a nice job.

I was a bit annoyed yes - irrate no - seems this guy has issues. I have no idea how well they do detaiing but this was probably the worst experience I have ever had as a customer.

I ended up using pro1 by mere chance as I was using Google to find the nearest car wash place that includes detailing. I was really impressed that they have no problem with picking up the car, and even provide other ways of getting it cleaned by brining a mobile cleaning unit to your house or letting you drop it off there. Either way, the price is no different and I think it was very good considering they had my vehicle for a few hours! The fact that they come over and pick your car up is something I find exceptional and didn't even know was in the market until now. The quality is ace, and they were upfront about a small red stain that they couldn't get out. I have no problem with that, because this is my first detailing since I bought the car almost 3 years ago! I appreciate their honesty and professional workmanship and will be using them again. Pros: Quality service, honest workmanship, fair price Cons: None

The detailing left a little to be desired, with carpets, windows, and seats needing some extra work and hard to reach areas overlooked. That said, the guy who cleaned my car had just started working there and finished up in the dark. When I talked to the owner, I believe his name is Dale, he returned my money no questions asked. Bottom line: Pro 1 Mobile Detailing is an honest business that was willing to correct a problem without any hassle. Knowing they will stand by their work is enough for me to recommend them to someone else. I would certainly give them another shot next time I need a car cleaned.

They were able to get me in that afternoon and did a fantastic job. The employees were extremely friendly and went above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
