I got a gift certificate from my boyfriend. The first time I call to schedule to get a nail repaired, a fill in, and a pedi the girl said " oh I have an opening at 12:30" I ask to get all three done. The girl says "no just the repair, I have an opening at 6:30 tomorrow for a pedi" I said just forget it. The next time I call to schedule it was all good. I show up for my appointment and the girl that was doing my fill in and padi, was dressed like she was 12, her dress was bearly long enough to cover her hehind and her breasts were ready to come out of it. She did my nails and gave me a color chart to pick a color, she painted my nails and then asked it i'd like a refreshment, no drying of the nails. I had to wait to get the pedi, then finally a chair opened up, she filled it with water just water let me soak for awhile. When she finally come back she did the pedi and painted my toes. Half a$$ job, some of my nails and toes aren't even painted on the sides. Then a few days after the polish is coming off the tips. For as much as Mitchel's charges one would think you'd get better service! I normally go to a different place to get my nails done, they do your nail anyway you want them. The prices are cheaper snd the service is better. Not the basic service I got at Michel's! more

One of the favorite salon and day spas in Cincinnati. Most of my friends go there - always a great experience no matter what kind of service you are signed up for. The staff is friendly, they don't make you wait and handle the business in a very professional manner. For guys I would not recommend it just because of the price, but for women it's the place to go. Satisfaction guaranteed! more

I received a gift certificate from my brother for this place. The gift certificate should be used promptly, if price rise you will be charged extra. I could not get all services in the same day. I was due a massage, manicure and pedicure. I planned well in advance. I got the pedicure and manicure but the massage was to be scheduled later. What a bummer. Then they gave us the slow workers. I have a standing appointment every 5 weeks for a spa pedicure at Mitchell's. The service is a little pricey, but the hour of pure pampering and relaxation make it worth every penny. The spa pedicure starts with a soak in the whirlpool, goes on to a message, then your toes get the treatment. There is nothing more relaxing, treat yourself. more

Mitchell's is one of those places that makes you expect certain things and when you get there, you are happy to find out they do offer a full list of services, have knowledgeable and experienced staff and don't waste your time, keeping appointments on schedule. I have been going to the Tri-County location for a haircut close to 3 years now. Although my stylist charges what any salon would charge on average, she does a great job. In fact, I get it done over lunch and she only takes 1/2 hour to maintain all of my layers. If I get there early and have to wait the staff serves pop, water or coffee and gets you a magazine to read. more
