I received a massage for Mothers Day, and it was truly a marvelous experience. The ambiance was super, and my expectations were more than met. The massage therapist was very good, and since I have MS, I do have some special needs as far as stretching goes. She accommodated those needs, and was very friendly and helpful.It did take well over 2 hours for a 1 1/2 hr massage, first with the showering, then waiting, etc.I do believe they are a bit pricey, but then again, they are very good in this arena.I would recommend them. My daughters even paid the tip, so I left relaxed and less stressed.

I have been going to Mitchell's for years i go to the Northgate location for my waxing and facials i always see either Misty or Skylar they are very professional and very knowledgeable they never try to push me into products or services i do not need unlike some other spas i have been to. i always feel so relax when i go to Mitchell's. The front desk and management are always so attentive and friendly they always offer to get me a drink and anything i need. i would recommend Mitchell's to anyone and everyone although they are a little expensive it is very much worth it not only for relaxation but for excellent results for my skin

I have been going to Mitchell's for manicures, pedicures, and massages for a number of years. Usually the service is wonderful--I like that the receptionist and staff remember me and my name. I have had the best luck with how long polish wears on my nails from Mitchell's manicures and pedicures. I like that they offer me something to drink and/or read every time I go in for a service. I like their call center for booking appointments--they always work with me to try to find something that fits my schedule and have my contact information saved in their system. Pros: service, beverages, remember me Cons: costly, sometimes noisy

I really enjoy my trips to Mitchell's. Services I have used, pericures,nail, facials, message, and just recently hair.I find I get the best treatments here and I'm always treated so well. One time I had a problem with people at the receptionous desk. I e-mail the manager at this store, and received a call back within minutes. She explained that they were having problems and was working on this. They must have gotten it solved, because last two trips have been great at check in desk.I truly believe that they care about customer service, and stride to be number one. Went in for an acne management facail. I told this to the facialist and she said they customize all facials for the skin type. Anyways was charged 100 dollars instead of 70, I guess that is was customization meant. Plus they had me buy thir products, after convincing me I was doing everything wrong with my skin, and their product has made my skin worse.

I just had the most amazing visit at the Tri-County Mitchell's! My husband purchased a gift certificate for me for a Relaxation Package. Everyone at the salon was so nice and made me feel so comfortable! I left the salon that day feeling so relaxed and rejuvenated! Tell your husband to send you to Mitchell's! If it was possible for me to give a half star for my Mitchell's experience, I would. This is a good example of a salon that looks great but does not provide the service that matches the atmosphere. I had an appointment for a relaxer touch-up with a master stylist. All that I needed was to have relaxer applied to my roots. The stylist, who had NEVER seen me or my hair, was convinced that I needed a full relaxer (something that should never be done if the hair has already been processed). I explained to her that the combination of new hair and my early morning gym visit explained why some parts of my hair were wavier than others. She attempted to bully me by bringing another stylist into the discussion. I told her 3 times that all I wanted was a touch-up. She said yeah, yeah, I heard you. and she turned me around and started. I was confused about why it was taking her so long, and then she stopped and walked off. When I turned around again, I saw to my horror that she had applied the chemicals to all of my hair. She finished, and then came the 2nd scam. The bill was higher than anything posted on their literature for what I had asked for. I left no tip and quickly followed up with management. In addition to overprocessing my hair, the stylist, who is a convicted felon, had added over $80 in false charge to my bill for services that she did not perform. (They did return it quickly after speaking to her out of my earshot). My hair started coming out in clumps within a week of my visit, and I've lost over half of my hair. They defended this woman and her shoddy work. Their education director tried to pretend that my hair loss was normal for a relaxer and that I just needed a haircut (which ironically was one of the services that I was falsely charged for. Had that stylist not been such an incompetent hack, she'd have gotten away with the false haircut charge. My h

I went in for an eyebrow wax this morning and was very disappointed. I have thick eyebrows and love them. I specifically asked the technician to just clean up the strays, don't try to change the shape or give me a big arch. When she finished, she handed me the mirror and I thought I was going to cry on the spot. I had these tiny little stripes for eyebrows. I told her I was upset and they really weren't me. She apologized and didn't charge me for the service. That's fine and was nice of her, but it didn't make my eyebrows grow back. I went home and realized I just how upset I was. I couldn't look in the mirror without crying. I went straight back to the salon, told them how unhappy I was, and asked for them to show me with cosmetics how I was supposed to fill them in to look decent while I waiting for my poor brows to grow back. I had the same woman help me. I could tell she was a little upset but she did help me and ended up giving me the make-up brush and make-up that I would need. The funny thing was, when she looked at the picture of myself that I brought back to the salon to show them what I used to look like, she said, "Oh, you really did mean you like them natural." Yeah, if you would've listened in the first place, this wouldn't have happened.
