I will never go back, even if the venue is nice because the people are not trustworthy. Pros: nice massage, good ambiance Cons: girl at front desk cheated me!

I've been to two of the top spas in the USA and Woodhouse would fit in with this list. The small, intimate nature of the lobby to the top shelf products provided free of charge in the shower -- this place can't be beat. The services are very reasonable, when they could charge a lot more for their services. I always see Brian when I go, he is the best! I highly recommend this spa to all. Pros: Beautiful spa, reasonable pricing Cons: none!

I was scheduled to be off work for the day, but decided to go into the office to attend a budget meeting. A one hour meeting turned into three hours of ?one more thing?. I was literally replying to e-mails as I was walking into the wonderful escape called The Woodhouse. The minute I entered door my entire being shifted. I was warmly greeted and given a relaxing cup of peach tea after I changed into an oversized (very important) terry cloth robe. The Woodhouse is for the discriminating spa lover. Each room is uniquely designed and inviting, with state of the art equipment and simple organic touches that immediately engulf you. The staff is professional, warm and knowledgeable. TAKE ME AWAY WOODHOUSE .... were my thoughts when I first entered the doors of this beautiful spa. I immediately felt relaxed with the ambiance of the surrounding wood, lights and aromas. Pure relaxation is how I felt during my full body massage and facial. The staff was not only professional but made sure that all of my needs were being met. This includes serving the most wonderful herbal tea. All I can say is "Thank You" for such a great experience. Of course, I will be back!

After having difficulty trying to schedule an appointment at a different spa, I stumbled upon the Woodhouse. It turned out to be an amazing discovery. They were extremely friendly and helped me to plan a very romantic afternoon to celebrate the day I proposed to my girlfriend. From the moment we walked in, everything was wonderful. We felt like VIP?s as every member of the staff knew who we were and congratulated us on our recent engagement. We started our experience with an incredible couple?s massage which we both really enjoyed. After the massage the staff had previously helped me to arrange a nice lunch at a nearby diner. After lunch I surprised my new fiance again with a trip back to the Woodhouse where we were escorted to the waiting area and served chocolate covered strawberries and two glasses of Champaign. The afternoon was finally topped off with The Woodhouse Manicure to ensure that her hands looked great for showing off the ring. Once again the customer service was superb and everyone treated us fantastic. The experience was beyond expectations and I highly recommend the Woodhouse to everyone. I know they helped me to create a lasting memory I will never forget. Pros: The customer service was extraordinary!

The Wood Day Spa was an excellent experience. The massage not only was relaxing it was no expensive. They knew how hard to push and how soft to push. I had no complaints and nothing but excellent feedback. I also booked a time for my husband to go and have his done as well. We went on the same day and I plan on going back. I believe everyone should try them out, I guarantee that you will love it. Pros: Everything was wonderful. nice atmosphere, smelled lovely, very relaxing. Cons: It went kind of quick for 45 mins.

I had been wanting to go to the Woodhouse Day spa since the day it opened, it looked beautiful and peaceful when I would drive by on my way home. My first experience there was in December when I bought a couples massage for myself and my fiance for christmas. The massage was amazing, the people were friendly and I really felt like I could tell them if something hurt or if I wanted them to work on a spot more. They asked me several times through out how I was doing and if I was comfortable, but they didnt ask to the point where I was not at peace laying there. The atmosphere from when we walked in until we left was serene and calming. The rest of the staff was friendly and helpful, from the tour to the private room where sweets and water or tea was served. I loved the experience so much that my fiance bought me a pedicure/manicure package for Christmas. I was so excited to use it that I was back in there in January. My experience with the pedicure/manicure was just as great as the one with the massage. When I left there I felt rested and relaxed. My toes and nails look amazing and I was ready to get on with my day after starting it that way. I would recommend this place to someone who has time to relax, even if it is just for 30 minutes. You will leave there feeling relaxed and rejuvinated and it is well worth the price. Pros: atmosphere was amazing, staff was friendly and helpful, easy to relax Cons: little pricey, but not as bad as some that are out there

I went to Woodhouse to get a manicure and pedicure for my daughters wedding. The atmosphere is wonderful and the service was quick and efficient. I was very pleased with the work and the professionalism. I also purchased one of their wonderful candlles and some of their products. I have been happy with both. On my next visit, I am going to get a massage. I have heard that the massages are the best in the Cincinnati area. Pros: Thumbs up Cons: None

The first thing that struck me about Woodhouse Day Spa was how peaceful it was. It's a very comfortable and quiet entrance process: very welcoming and calm. There is not a big rush to the counter, people on phones or any hustle/bustle. You instantly feel part of the spa environment. The staff was extremely friendly, accomodating every need and never rushing us along. Our pedicures were in a peaceful room however we felt comfortable talking as it was very private. It was like having a pedicure in a massage room complete with candles and a warm environment. I was very impressed with Woodhouse and would definitely return again! Pros: Very calm and serene, friendly staff, spa atmosphere from start to finish Cons: I wasn't sure exactly where to park at first but the lot is right under the building so very convenient
