There were a few rough reviews on Stockers at Citysearch so I was a little hesitant to try them out. But, I needed a windscreen and a petcock for my classic '86 Yamaha wristrocket. Called them up and lucked out and got the owner, Steve. The guy was a class act. These windscreens are out of production, but they had one on the shelf. There was a little chip in the windscreen he found me and he gave me a 50% discount. Not bad. Then I asked if he had any nuts and bolts. He let me rummage through 3 bins of assorted hardware for a half an hour and let me have a pocket full of priceless goodies for free! I don't work there, it was the first time I've ever seen the place. They had the parts I wanted at a great price. If you have a rice burner that needs something, I recommend that you check Stockers first. Pros: Great selection-Friendy service Cons: None

I found stockers on line. they had a couple of average reviews but i thought I would give them a try. called them up told them I needed a turn signal for my nighthawk. they said sure bring the old broken part and we will match it up for you. got there they was helpful and got me the part and saved me 20$ over the dealers. This place has horrible service!!! I ordered a few parts that they assured me were "IN STOCK" and that I would recieve them within 3-5 days with UPS. Gave my credit card # in good faith that they would arrive within a week. 8 days later I called asking for a tracking number because I haven't seen my package yet. They told me they couldn't find the information on my package??? I asked if they shipped it the day I ordered it... yes. Things were starting to get fishy. I stated that if they found the information on my package would they please call me. I waited 3 more days. (11 days now) called back and spoke to a man I beleive was the manager or owner. He proceeded to tell me that I "WAS BEING A D*CK" about the situation and that I should be patient! The fact of the matter is I have been patient, I've waited 11 days for a package that should of only taken at most 6 or 7 days TOPS! He kept telling me they don't have information on my package and that they don't know where they sent it, that they did in fact ship it, and a bunch of other nonsense. So I decided I would wait "patiently" one more week and if nothing came I would begin the process of trying to get my money back. 4 more days (15 total)... nothing. I call back. They girl tells me that they have refunded my money. She explained to me that " something happened with my package and they were no longer sending it and have refunded my money". I did in fact get my money the next day, but needless to say I was pretty nervous. Thanks Stockers! for making me wait 2 weeks for absolutely NOTHING! I don't know whats going on at that shop since I'm all the way on the East Coast but I would never recommend them to anybody. I usually don't write reviews but I deemed it necessary this time around. Word of advice to everyone... Use www.BBB.o rg before you buy ANYTHING! I learned the hard way... Pros: I can't think of any Cons: Service is horrible, Bad Managment, Not friendly, Dont care about you or the money you spend
