I saw Dr. Morgan in July 2006 for a breast reduction, it went terribly, and to make matters worse he did not address the problems I was having. By the time I realized that he was not going to deal with my issues at hand it was too late I am disfigured and still not healed 3 months post-op. If it weren't for a friend suggesting a second opinion I probably would be alot worse I have since talked with others who have had bad experience with him. Please check his profile at www.medbd.ca.gov and see for yourself the kind of things he is charged and accused of. The state of Ca attorney general is currently trying to revoke his license.
