MY whole time at Wittmeier was perfect. Everyone at the dealership was helpful and friendly. I couldn't have asked for anything more than i recieved from them. I recomend that everyone visits Wittmeier for a car purchase.
Pros: Great prices and salesman.

We used Miller Glass a few years ago to replace the windows in our condo. They sent out a very professional and well informed sales person who was able to walk us through our options. On the day that we were scheduled to have the work done, the crew showed up on time and actually completed the job earlier than expected. They completely cleaned up the mess and offered to sweep up the floor dust that accumulated on the hardwood floor. We have since gotten a ton of compliments on our new sliding glass door and windows.

I've had several occasions to use America's Tire in Chico. The service has always been great and prices are just as good. I often refer my customers to Americas tire because of my great experiences there. I believe they also provide free flat repairs and tire rotations for all customers.

I 've been doing my share of business with Chico Honda motorcycles with no complaints. The parts manager John has been more than helpful getting all the parts I need. He always wears a smile and is a pleasure to deal with. Large supply of parts in stock. You hardly ever need to order a thing. If you do by chance need to order any parts, they are delivered the next day and on occassion in two. Thanks to the great employees I'm off and riding again! Good going guys! You Rock!

I drive a Nissan Xterra. I did not purchase this vechile from this dealership and after dealing with the service department I never will purchase from this dealership. The service department was completly unhelpful when my power windows would stick. One person even suggested that I take it back to the dealership it was purchased from. I was surprised by their lack of help and refusal to honor my Nissan Warranty.

After having my window regulator replaced in my Jetta, I walked out to my car to drive away with a fixed car. The one problem was that my car wouldn't start. They came out, jumped it, and told me that they had run the window up and down quite a bit, so they had the key in while they were working on it. Well they ran it all the way out, and when I called to see if they would replace the battery, they told me this analogy: "It's like if you go to Raley's and when you finish shopping, you come out and your battery is dead. Raley's didn't break your car." A ridiculous excuse by any measure. If you can avoid getting work done at VW-Chico, I would say do it!
