Doctor was cold and rude. They claim to be reasonable but the 90 second exam was $39 and they wanted an extra $27 just to trim my cat's nails. They prescribed 4 medications and didn't ever administer the initial dose. I will never go back. Ever. $205 total.

I would recommend any other doctor at this facility other than Dr. Basran. You want cheap shots, this is the place to come to. If you need life saving surgery go some place else. I vet staff can be very friendly. The reception or vet assistants may not be. They usually will not go out of the way to make you feel better about the long wait or even talk to you more than they have to. I use to work for this company. I was amazed that this place even stood open. Dr. Basran is supposedly allegoric to bleach so little or no bleach was used to clean the facility. Instead they use Pine-sol (not even close at killing germs). Once he missed diagnosed an allergic reaction, even though the owner told him that the reaction happen so fast that she thought it was an allergic reaction. He said it was an infection and that they had to do surgery to remove it. Another time a customer called and said that he'd killed his dog and that he was suing Dr. Basran. I thought it was just an upset owner until some other client brought in a kitten with a head injury. At first he refused treatment because he didn't think they would pay. Then when he did take it in, he just put it in a cage and didn't do anything to treat it. For those who think this place is so wonderful, beware. Sometimes, it's better to do the test than spend hundreds finding out that treatment done wasn't the right one. I take my dog there for his shots because it's cheap, but for everything else I take him to Banfield. The first time I took my dog there for shots, my dog screamed when Dr. Basran administered the shots. My dog has never scream at any of his vet visits until then. After we had a different vet, no screaming. There more I could say but I'm running out of room. You decide what vet you want for your dog.

I used to take my dog to this vet form when he was a puppy until he was about 3 years old when I decided to change. The reason I decided to change verterinarians was because they insist on putting a muzzle on all dogs that come into their practice. My dog is such a big baby (he is a labrador) that this scares the hell out of him. All he wanted to do was be friendly, sniff and wag his tail the staff. I asked them to please not put a muzzle on him as he would not bit anyone as he is very friendly and the muzzle scares him and makes him sad. They did not understand my doggies fears and still insisted he wear it. So I promptly left with him and found a much better vet practice that doesnt make dogs wear muzzles. My dog loves going to the vet now and making some new people and doggie friends.
