Costco will literally accept used items for like a year after the purchase date. Their actual policy is 90 days. But, they have this ultimate customer satisfaction thing, whereby a consumer can return an item with almost no reason at all. They are the ultimate supporters of buyers remorse. I'm not sure if this is a good thing for business, but apparently it is working. Oh, and they have decent prices on baby formula, yeah!

I have a membership here through work so I frequently make returns for my boss, who doesn't always provide all I need for the return, so I was very impressed that they helped me out anyway and gave me cash for the item I returned, even though we had bought it through costco.com and didn't have a receipt. However I was not pleased with how obvious they made it that I was a pain and that they didn't want to deal with me or go through the steps of actually servicing the customer. I mean, if you work in the customer service department it doesn't make sense to have a bad attitude - at least pretend!
Other than that, the products and all that are ok.

Costco is a wholesale store where you have to buy groceries in bulk, but they also has other things like electronics to sell. If you buy electronic from here, you can always return it if you are not satisfied without much question asked. Their baby kirkland products like diapers and wipes are also pretty good. If you have to choose between Sam's and Costco, my recommendation goes to Costco.
