The only reason I really go here is because my insurance covers eye exams and eye glasses from this place. I think their service is okay. Usually I can just walk in without an appointment. The exam is usually pretty quick and done efficiently. The people working on the floor could be a little better trained though. They are not always around to answer questions or unlock cases. They can also be kind of lazy at times about calling and letting you know when you can come pick up your lenses or glasses.

A few weeks back, I got a bad eye infection and had to get glasses immediately. I called a few places but nobody could have them ready in less than a week. Lens Crafters was my super saver that day. Not only were they able to get me in for an eye exam on the same day, but they also got the eye glasses ready in one hour! I was so amazed at their fast and friendly service. AND they had a huge selection of frames to choose from. The frames were a bit on the expensive side, but they are very durable and trendy looking. Plus I saved 30% with my AAA card. Pretty good deal!
