This is a rather specialized review, I know, but I think it's important. There might be a lot of business owners out there and their company is growing. Suddenly you have to start worrying about things that are normally covered under your Human Resources department and you are starting to wonder about outsourcing the duties. While outsourcing may be the right way for you to go, I want to tell you about a company to avoid like the plague. Aon Consulting, based out of Chicago. Their HR outsourcing is a joke. Their HR Portal product is a piece of crap and should be avoided. They will make promises they will not keep and their method of managing their workers and the working environment they provide for them is so poor that the products they serve have to be just as bad. Speaking as a former employee, trust me when I tell you that the managment has their head wedged so firmly up their colons that you will end up pulling your own hair out. Hewitt Associates is a great alternative and I urge you with all my might to contact them first.
