Very recently my family and myself visited Tamil Nadu to see the various marvelous temples and to perform prayers. The temples were stunning as expected and we did manage to offer our prayers to the gods. However our experience in traveling here was spoilt due to the poor quality of services offered by Alien Travel. The driver including the owner were rude, the driver was terrible at being punctual often going missing for almost an hour, took us to hotels that lacked basic hygiene causing us to have stomach upsets (my sister was hospitalized), and changed hotels due to their own poor booking processes. Our experiences are unfortunately influenced by those who bring us there. Thus despite the hard work of Indian ancestors who created and maintained marvelous temples, structures and sites dating 1400 years ago, it can be tarnished very quickly by Alien Travel only seeking to maximize their returns. This doesn't seem fair to these Indian ancestors. So let's do our part to truly enjoy India by choosing our travel agents well.

They do not have many good packages for travel within the fifty states, but they have some great offers for international travel. You can usually save a bunch with this agency if you get one of their packages that include hotel/air/food. They are a friendly group of travel agents and they work hard to try to get you what you need at the budget you need. Check them out if you are going to travel!

Whether you want to go to Hawaii or India the folks at Alien Travel will set you up. They will get you the best fares and great hotel deals. You can also get good packages with resorts and hotels. I used their services for my trip to India, they not only found the best hotel but also told me the restaurants nearby where I was staying. They provided me with wonderful information about India and I had no trouble getting around.

This travel agency helped us find international tickets very quickly in an emergency and at a pretty good price. After that, we've used their services several times. Once we ended up cancelling our flight, and they were good about mailing us a refund (minus the cancelation fees). The travel agents there offer great service and are very courteous.

I have used this tarvel agency on several occassions for my international travel. They offer very competitive rates. They also have many packages to suit your exact needs -- from luxury travel to budget travel. I like the fact that this travel agent provides me with so many options. They agents are nice and pretty helpful and provide lots of good information on traveling. Most of the time, you don't even need to go into the agency to get your work done, you can do most of it over the phone. Great company to use!

Alien Travel Service is an okay place to book tickets and such. They take a while to get back to you. Also, their prices are kind of high, but not too much. On the other hand, the travel agents are nice and they do a lot to help you and get your reservations made.
