After a series of 4 visits and receiving explanations of benefits from my healthcare insurance, I assumed that the billing was going along smoothly. I then received a bill for $1200, called and left 3 messages (no one returned my call), and called a 4th time to reach a gentleman who was anything but. He was quite rude and would not answer my questions or even communicate with me. He simply remained as quiet as he possibly could and refused to discuss the matter with me. After calling my insurance company, I called Skin Wellness *again* only to be informed that they "supposedly" havent received any of the payments. Now their fax machine isnt working.
It's very disappointing because who do you report this to? I really liked Amy Brownlee, the physician's assistant who treated me, but I dont think I could recommend this practice to anyone as a result of their billing practices.

Summer is known for her short cuts and for cutting naturally curly hair! She is upbeat and fun as well. Her color looks absolutely natural and stays in forever! The salon also carries Bumble & Bumble Products. The only disadvantage to the salon is the big city prices, most cuts start at $55.00!

At this salon, facials include; a detailed skin analysis, cleaning and exfoliation followed by a treatment mask--that didn't cost me an extra $20. The service was great. I really don't see the hype with this place. It's really overpriced.. even when they have sales the cheapest things are still like $15! I much prefer Bath and Body Works or the Body Shop. Also my experience is that the staff is a little snobby. I suppose they make good quality gifts though.

For almost $30, I honestly expected something more than a quick trim. I was seriously surprised when they told me the price. This place is not trendy nor are there any of the usual amenities you would find at an upscale salon. Meaning, theres no water, lemonade or coffee and the decor is very drab. I mean, it obviously doesn't matter if you're just going there for a haircut but instead of feeling pampered, it makes you feel really ripped off at the end.

This is a great place to go if you have any sort of a skin problem -- whether its dry skin, acne, or anything else. These specialists will sit down with you and help correct your problems. They have great facilities and all the people that work here are liscensed skin care specialists. I've been here before and I loved the one-on-one consultations. Their program is a great one and will make you very happy when you see the results!

Daniella is the best at what she does. I heard about her through a friend. I would never go for waxing or skin care services without someone's recommendation. She really is detail-oriented, friendly and knowlegable. In addition to waxing, she does eye brow tint, some facials, sunless tanning application and electrolocist. She has lots of Guinuit products and is very knowlegable about each one. Visit her, but take public transportation because there is no cheap available parking near the Neiman Marcus building.

Christina's Skincare is honestly the best! Not only is the service excellent but the prices are reasonable! Early, during my bad skin days (terrible acne) before Christina's skincare I would spend hundreds of dollars while experiencing not positive results. These days people tell me that I have beautiful skin. What I love about Christina's skincare is that they truly care about the wellness of your skin, oppose to suggesting and applying products that are not conducive to your skin's needs. Overall I will never go anywhere else except Christina's skincare! oh! and the decor is refreshing!
Pros: Everything about Cristina's Skincare

I have seen numerous doc's but Dr. Del Campo not only diagnosed me correctly but helped get rid of it. He's a intelligent guy and the staff is very helpful. I recommend him highly. The wait time is a little long but the quality time is what I wanted and needed.
