The Brazilian wax was not what I expected; they used hard wax, not cloth strips, and were not very precise in removing the single hairs. For weeks after, I had bits of wax stuck to my skin. I felt like I was being rushed through the process. I had a manicure that felt rushed too. The redeeming quality? The massage! It was lovely and relaxing and I would definitely go back, but only for that. In general, I think this place is charging downtown prices without the downtown service and style.
