Potbelly's sandwiches are the best sandwiches in the city. This isn't my favorite location, because it is so new and the machines are still getting broken in. What they do is after you decide what you want and your sandwich they toast it for you. This is why the older stores have better sandwiches.

Heat it up please! I have asked other places to heat up my sandwich way before this chain came around. Most sandwiches taste better toasted. I would actually like to see this store heat them up a little longer. They are usually crowded because this store is located in the Nordstrom Mall/complex that offers probably about ten other restaurants. They sometimes feature a singer/songwriter in the food court area that will serenade you as you chow down.
I would like to see Potbellys offer more varietys of sandwiches and snacks. Their coolest location in the whole area however in my opinion.

Potbelly's is a great way to have lunch quickly without resorting to fast food. The sandwiches are really good - I usually order the meatball. If you're carb-conscious, you can order it "skinny" and they will cut out part of the bun so it's thinner and thus less carbs. They also carry IBC root beer products which are delicious! And don't forget to grab a chocolate chip cookie - they are definitely addicting! The staff also seems to have fun working there and are happy to serve you.

I love Potbelly's for their cookies. Which is kind of weird because it's a sandwhich shop. Their cookies are to die for though. They also have a great ice cream sandwhich with two chocolate chip cookies. The sandwhichs are good too. One of the only places I know you can get a PB&J meant for adults!
