I agree with Sandy that they can't compete with Toys R Us. But this is a fun store where they have alot of their toys out for display, so you or your kid can check it out first before you buy one on the box. They do have good sales at their stores too. Having a smaller store like this is good so you will actually spend less. Toys R Us can be a bit overwhelming. I'm sure there are plenty of others that will agree with me about that point. Stock up on batteries at a dollar store, beacuse alot of these toys will need them. Don't pay high prices on batteries in stores like these.

Kay-Bee Toys is obviously a toy store. It is real smll compared to other big toy stores, such as Toys R Us. The store does not have a lot of toys. It carries a few selective toys. Most of the items here are all new items that have just come out. The prices are pretty reasonable. The store, however, is not set up real nicely. It is real cramped up. Everything seems to be jammed together. And it can get pretty crowded when there are many people in the store.

This KB Toys is pretty small and has a limited stock of toys. It really is no comparison to Toys R Us when it comes to stock and variety. But they do have a few great deals here. I always look through their clearance section because they always have things marked down pretty low. Also, check out their website for even more deals. It's much easier than actually going into the store!

KB toys is a smaller toy store chain than ToysRUs. It has a lot of toys at usually a discounted price compared to bigger chains. Lots of items on clearance. My favorites are the action figures for the little boys in the family. You should be able to find a location at the major malls in chicagoland area.
