They are the best for dim sum in town, they offer the most variety and the food is good. They have more food on the weekend and holiday time, but the place is always busy during these time. If you want to dine in on the weekend, come before 11 am, so you do not have to wait to be seated. If you come during weekdays, they are not busy but they do not offer many variety. One thing that I do not like about this place is, unlike most Chinese restaurant, they charge .75 for tea per person. C'mon, it's only tea, I think that's like charging tab water in other non ethnic restaurant.

Phoenix is good, and you will know it by the line that's waiting every weekend. It is THE place to go for dim sum (small steamed dishes to share). Sunday is the day to go because the food is served off of carts and when it's busy, you will get fresh hot food coming the whole time. It is very busy so be ready to wait about half an hour to an hour as they don't take reservations by phone.
