Dagwood's is another one of those sub shops that's along the lines of Subway, Quizno's, Potebellys, etc. Its probably my least favorite among all of its kind. The sandwiches are just okay and there's nothing about them that stands out and makes them shine amongst the crowd. They have an alright assortment of sides, most of which are priced less than a dollar, so that's kind of good. Otherwise, just your sandwich sub shop that really makes it in last place for me.

Dagwood's serves great sandwiches, salad, soups, and milk shakes to the downtown office crowd. (It's not open on weekends, and it's open only for lunch.) Dagwood's has some interesting choices that you won't find anywhere else (including, of course, the Dagwood, an enormous sandwich with just about everything imaginable on it), but most important is their sandwich bread, which is excellent. Milkshakes are rather small, but delicious. Lots of space for seating, but it fills up quickly at lunch time so get there early to eat in.
