After seeing Rachel Ray review this restaurant on her food show, we decided to give it a shot one weekend. We weren't disappointed one bit and can't wait to go back again! The atmosphere is kitschy diner-meets-your mom's kitchen with plenty of stuff to look at on the walls, vintage toys, and quirky antiques on display. The front room is pretty tiny, but there's a large back room and outdoor patio, so don't panic if you see the place is packed. The food is fantastic, so much so that they were out of fried chicken by the time we got there! The ribs were tasty, as was the veggie lasagna my wife ordered. Don't forget to end your dinner with their famous Twinkie tiramisu! Great, friendly service that doesn't rush you!

I would decorate my house like this restaurant if my husband would let me. It is retro fabulous with sort of a new trendy flair... yet somehow unique. I don't know how they do it. I adore the wait staff, I think they are some of the kindest in the area. The owner has come up with some very interesting interpretations of good old comfort foods as well things like Twinkie Tiramisu, just to make you smile. The food looks great and is fun to eat. It tastes good too, but with all the flair, I think it should taste a little better. I will keep going back because the atmosphere rocks!!

Have tried a bunch of breakfast places, somehow I keep going back to Kitschn. The 70's decor, friendly service... great food... start with the spicy Chorizo and follow it with the Coconut crusted french toast... it makes for a perfect way to kickstart a weekend morning. There seating at the patio in the back... and lots of table games to keep you occupied (even a mock boxing game thats so much fun).
