One of the best places for deep dish pizza! I particularly go for thin crust because it's perfect here, and it's light. But on the days where it's me and a few friends order the deep dish. The crust is so golden and fluffy. It's easily peels off! My mom likes the spinach pizza here because of the cheese and the really fresh spinach they use every time. They have been on Metromix and that is what convinced me to try the pizza here. Hope you will to. pizza is not expensive and $10 can get you a long way.

Chicago is famous for its deep dish pizza. We have several restaurants that serve great pizza, but I think Gino's East tops them all. It's crust is perfect, the sauce is beyond words, and the cheese is just so yumm!!! I recommend the sausage patty, yes patty. You can also get sausage in crumbs like most restaurants. I always get the deep dish. Spinach is another great choice. Thin crust pizza is good, but their bread and butter is the deep dish. They have a few locations locally, and the original one is in the heart of downtown Chicago. It's been featured on several national shows and has always been a favorite of celebrities.

If you are in the mood for a delicious deep dish pizza, Gino's is the way to go. We usually get carryout, but have also dined in. Both have been pleasant experiences. Mostly we order the Spinach Deep dish with mushrooms and we have never been dissatisfied. Once we ordered a Sausage/ Pepperoni and it was also just as good. They are great reheated in the home oven. We like to get it every Friday. Try it, you wont be disappointed!
