I stopped by Mr Greek when I didn't want to valet for a more sit-down type of place, and wasn't disappointed. The menu is varied with the usual Greek fare, but also has great deals for hot dogs, burgers, and plenty of other fried goodness. The staff is friendly and the place seems to always be going, but never overcrowded.

I love gyros..and this is one place I think of when I get the craving for it. Not only is meat real soft and tender. But the gyros sauce is great. They give just enough for the sandwich. The bread is also real good too. Also, they have some real good shakes as well. I usually go here for lunch. Its a nice place to pick up from or even dine in.

I absolutely love this place! It's the best! It's open 24 hours, it is near UIC, and right on Halsted. The best part about this place is the variety! They have quite an extensive menu - everything from Grecian Chicken to tacos to breakfast food. The staff is friendly, and it's the perfect place for a late night out or a cheap lunch. The specials are all delicious and under six dollars. My favorite is the grilled chicken on a pita. Good stuff.

Located in the heart of Greek Town. Open 24 hours a day. The Greek community in Chicago is very vibrant, with Greek-themed events organized constantly. Gets very busy on weekends around 1am with all the drunks. Great gyros…fun to eat after a long night of drinking. Close to the blue line and UIC.
