Charlie's Ale House is an average restaurant and bar. The variety of beers on tap is nice. The food is average to above average, however, the menu is limited and not overly exciting. The salmon bites appetizer is very good. The chicken pot pie is good. The most exciting item on the menu is the s'mores dessert. Cocktails at Charlie's can get expensive. I will admit, however, that even though it's an average place, I've been there several times.

The food at Charlie's Ale House is unreal- it is so tasty. I like the pot roast- could eat that every night. The chili has sirloin chunks in it, none of this ground beef nonsense. Highly highly recommend. Oh and it's clean, good service, yada yada.
