I'm not sure if Potbelly's counts as a national chain yet, but before it officially does, let me laud it as best I can. Their sandwiches are all toasted, and people tend to pick a favorite upon the first entrance. Delicious! My only complaint is the lack of fountain sodas - the drinks are expensive!

Make sure to know what you want before you get in line so they can get you in and out as quickly as possible because this is a very busy place. After you order your sandwich is passed through the toasting grill and what you get is a warm sandwich on a hoagie roll. Be sure to get cheese because it melts throughout the sandwich. . Once you try it you'll want to come back .

the only problem that i found is parking and i suggest to have delievery if u dont have that service
