Salads are probably the healthiest option you can get when it comes to lunch (well, as long as you watch the amount of cheese and dressing you ladle on). This is probably your best bet for a good salad in the city. They have a great selection of fresh vegetables. Their salads are pretty expensive, especially since they are pretty small and don't come with any bread or soups for a side. But it is definitely better to eat here than to have a burger everyday!

Okay i am a salad freak and this place is the best place down town to get a salad. There veggies are always so fresh and they make everything to order with what you want and what you don't want. I love building my salads and watching them make it. They are so nice and friendly and willing to answer any questions you may have!

I love places where you can choose exactly what goes in your salad. This is why I love salad spinners. They have tons of toppings to choose from, from veggies to meats to cheeses. They also have a selection of dressings, including low fat and fat free options. With each salad, you get a piece of pita bread that's tasty. It can get a little pricey, but I still like it.

Okay not really. But these salads are out of this world. I love the ease of ordering too, just pick up one of their order forms, check what you want/don't want in your salad and hand it in. With choices like strawberries, avacados, mangos and a zillion cheese choices it's no wonder I love this place. The price is fairly reasonable and the portions large. This store is in the Aon center (which is a must visit if you're around the area anyways).
