We were passing by this restaurant with our kids and decided to try it. Food (deep dish pizza) was ok, but nothing special.
The service was terrible! Our table did not get any water (at all) and the wait staff was rude.
They charged us $3 for a glass of tap water!
The restaurant was not child friendly and we did not get the impression kids were welcome. People usually comment us on how well behaved our kids are. Very disappointing experience.

Due's is a Chicago must, but it's worth the [sometimes 2-hour] wait. I suggest going on an off night [mon-thur] and you'll have no wait and the same great food.

This pizza is simply as good as it gets! I have had pizza all over the country, and Pizzaria Due takes the cake! The Sausage and Mushroom pizza is FABULOUS, and one funny thing about the way i like it, its even BETTER reheated the next day in the microwave.
Do yourself a favor and Visit Due, you will not regret it!

This is the place to go for Chicago style pizza --I don't care what other people say. It’s usually very busy, and you tend to have to wait, but it is well worth it.
It's conveniently located right off the Michigan, so after a day of shopping, it’s a great place to stop in for some food.
They have a decent amount of outside seating as well, with a little patio area near the front, as well as a covered area upstairs.
