My wife and I loved going to Spiaggia's Cafe for dinner. The great thing about it is that the menu shares many of the the same items as the five-star restaurant that shares the same name but at a fraction of the pretense and cost. It's a small place so make sure you make reservations in advance. If you like Italian and are looking for a wonderful meal in a terrific location (on Oak and Michigan Ave at the top of the Mag Mile), I highly recommend this place. After dinner, head over to the Hancock Tower and up to the Signature Room for the best view in town.
