This is another thai place that I absolutely love. The food here is good and always consistently good. If you are planning on going here, I would recommend going to their nearby Jewel on Halsted because you can usually find 2 for 1 entree coupons on the back of the receipts. That's a great savings for food that is already really reasonably priced. Their glass noodles here are really good. The restaurant is always full, but they are good about getting everybody seated and served promptly.

I like the setup of this restaurant and the neat, but casual decorations they have here.
Whatever you order here will always be fresh and they give you huge portions.
I find that the service here is a bit sketchy and the waiters can be hard to understand. Also, the restaurant gets really loud at times, so don't come here for one of those quiet, romantic type of dinners.

Joy's Noodles on Broadway in Lakeview has recently undergone expansion and has opened with a much larger and roomy space. This restaurant has the usual Thai standard fare, but the dishes are fresh and tasty and the prices are extremely reasonable. During the weekdays, they have great lunch specials. One of my favorite dishes is Pad Khee Mao with beef - wide rice noodles sauteed with veggies. They also make a great Pad Thai, and their soups are delicious and filling. Joy's also has takeout and delivery so you can enjoy great food in the comfort of your own home.

This is a greeat place to get a really tasty and fresh thai meal at a really low price. My friends and I go here often because it is so reasonably priced and you get really tasty food and lots of it. The restaurant is well kept and really casual. It is not really an intimate date sort of a setting, but a good place to have an informal meal. The service is quick here as well. Its is also BYOB, which not only cuts down on the cost, but also allows your group to pick and choose what they would like to drink with their meal.

This is a nice little BYOB thai restaurant in Lincoln Park. They have a great menu, that includes both rice and noodle dishes. The prices are amazingly low for lots of food. And all the food is so fresh and delicious. Last time I went here, I had the pad thai. It was great and cost me only around 7 dollars. And i had leftovers to take home. The service is great here and the restaurant is really nicely decorated too. Its a big restaurant, so there ususally isn't any long wait times either, even if it is a busy weekend night.

This is one of my favorite restaurants in the city. The Thai menu is delicious. Try the panang noodles for a truly decadent, carb-licious meal -- they actually deep fry the noodles. They'll also substitute rice if you're more health conscious. Also great is the cashew chicken and the veggie rolls. Joy's also delivers through it's sister-restaurant, Noodles in the Pot (located on Halsted)

Joy's Noodles on Broadway is average Thai food. Meals at Joy's are fairly inexpensive and the portions are large. The service is good. The restaurant is seemingly well-liked; there is often a wait at dinnertime, even on weeknights. The restaurant is pretty small but the tables turnover pretty quickly. The outdoor patio is a very nice benefit.

Joy's is a great little restaurant on Broadway, just off of Belmont in Lakeview. The menu isn't huge, but the meals are excellent!
It's BYOB and they do not charge a cork fee. Every noodle dish or appetizer I've tried there has been fantastic.
There isn't much seating, but during the summer, their large windows open up to make you feel as though you're eating outside. Joy's has carryout, which is a good option for those times that the place is crowded.
It's well worth the wait, though. Try it out and you'll be impressed with Joy's!
