I love trying new foods and my friend does too, so he took me here. I love the atmosphere and the service. The food was served in a large community bowl and, according to custom, we ate with our hands. It was a blast. It was a bit spicer than I had anticipated - and I wished I had ordered milk!

Overall, the restaurant and atmosphere were very nice. We went on a Sunday evening and there were only a few other tables. Having never eaten Ethiopian food we asked the host/waiter to recommend two of his favorite dishes. We were pleased with our food (a chicken and beef dish), but expected a little more spice (we asked for the spiciest dishes). The restaurant specially prepared our food without the butter - instead they cooked everything in olive oil to make it a little healthier. Nice traditional atmosphere, good food, friendly staff.
