I rented an apartment from the owner of Wilcox Company for about a year., She was very helpful and answered all of my requests and complaints with good speed. I ended up needing to get out of my lease sooner than expected and she was more than willing to help me out. Joan was a great landlord and had some nice apartments for rent. All in all a good experience.

This company has really low cost apartments. You will find yourself in a small studio, but you will be paying nothing for it. Their buildings include every thing except electricity. Some of their buildings even have gyms, but you are going to pay a little more in rent to live in a better building. The management company is easy to strike a deal with you. This is a good place to get your way.

Urban Equities has a lot of really large places at good prices. I have been in some of their places and found bugs. I have dealt with some of their building engineers and had them be totally unresponsive. If you are easily pleased and looking for some extra space then these are your type of apartments. Go to their buildings in Rogers Park, because they are huge.

I was looking for a great downtown loft to buy, and Urban Domain provided much needed assistance. Throughout the process, their agents were helpful and did not pressure me to close a deal. I didn't try their rental finding service, but it sounded like it would be helpful for those not looking to buy.

While I can't dispute your experiences with Troy Realty, I do want to tell of my experiences with them. First, I am not related to anyone there, nor have any financial or other connection with them, I am just a satisfied customer.
Nine years ago, we met the owner Hubert, who personally showed my wife and I around for almost two years, until he showed us a house that was going on the market that very day. Also, he found a tenant for a vacancy in my office building, and represented my interests in negotiations to sell the building recently, all with no charge to me at all. This month, he introduced me to a friend of his who was selling his home, in order that I could buy it directly from the owner, again without charge. His only request was that I would list my house with him when I was ready to sell it.
Sometimes we worked with some of his agents, Helene, and Walter, both of whom were very helpful and courteous. We never heard of any rudeness even when visiting in their office.
So please realize that each of their 30 agents can have a less than ideal attitude, but for the most part they have been great.

This is a great place to live. Its right across the Lake Shore Drive exit -- so you're literally just minutes away from the city. The apartments are spacious and well-kept. The only thing I do not like about this building though is that parking around it is a pain to find and there's so much traffic 80% of the time around this area.

They are the best landlord we have ever had, now we have Beal properties well someone will need to beal them from jail soon, they are so nasty and rude starting from the receptionist, we miss so much S & M Management.

Rosen Management manages our condo association and I couldn't be more pleased. I have been around for at least two other management companies and Rosen is just at a different level than the rest. All the things that we wanted the others to do all come naturally for these guys because they are professionals. You really get the feeling that they have seen every possible scenario, that they have been there before. I believe that they care, at least our management team does. They seem to really have an understanding of what the owners are going through. I am extremely pleased with them and recommend them highly.

I believe that if you do what is best for your customer, it will pay off. Property Consultants gave me the impression that they were not concerned about me after the sale was made. Communcation was poor, and they definitely work more for the developers than the buyers. Would not use again with all of the choices available in the city.
