Ok, so he didn't have to show me a lot of condos, we found the perfect condo on the first listing I was interested in, however, it was AFTER the offer where Dennis impressed me. He returned all my calls, he kept me in the loop when he found out I was the type that wanted to know EVERYTHING...he knew his stuff, he knows the city, and he wasn't pushy when I was considering making an offer on my first time out. I would recommend him to ANYBODY!

We were relocating from the City of Chicago to the northern suburbs.

We decided to use this Real Estate Agency because a friend has a very positive experience with them. We needed to find a bigger house not in Chicago for our growing family. Not only did they find us a great house without dragging into numerous houses, they also charged us a really low commission rate on the sale of our house when we contracted them to sell it. The staff there are very polite and accommodate any request that you have. I was very pleased with this company that I will be recommending it to our other friends.

My family and I made as many visits as about 8 or 9 times so far. It has never been the less. They take you to the top floor to the observatory. Side walk is Glass protected, but some part of it is net (I believe) which allows the visitor to feel the wind. Such a great view of chicago. You can see all the attractions, and feel like flying over them. There is a Lakefront view aroung the Lake shore drive which you can see clearly from here.

I believe that if you do what is best for your customer, it will pay off. Property Consultants gave me the impression that they were not concerned about me after the sale was made. Communcation was poor, and they definitely work more for the developers than the buyers. Would not use again with all of the choices available in the city.

This building is more than worth it if you can get in. Since this place is government funded you have to fit a certain criteria in order to get there low rent specials. Management is cool and you can sit up talking with the doormen straight through the night. Transportation is good and there is a Dominick's that is being rebuilt from a fire coming up around the corner. A very convenient location and a very convenient building. If you like quite then these walls are pretty thick, which makes it nice to see your neighbors without having them ticked off about your last party.
