Rosen Management manages our condo association and I couldn't be more pleased. I have been around for at least two other management companies and Rosen is just at a different level than the rest. All the things that we wanted the others to do all come naturally for these guys because they are professionals. You really get the feeling that they have seen every possible scenario, that they have been there before. I believe that they care, at least our management team does. They seem to really have an understanding of what the owners are going through. I am extremely pleased with them and recommend them highly. Jim B Chicago, IL

Rosen is currently managing my condo association. I am not too thrilled, because they take forever to answer emails, do not get back to you on time when you request other information, and they do not provide you with the clearest of answers. They have not provided me with a list of current board members, do not keep us up to date on changes with cleaning services or situations going on in the building, and when we are kept informed, they expect changes to occur overnight or they will fine you a minimum fee of $50.00. Additionally, those whom they employ to clean our common areas or exterminate the premises are not the most reliable of people, and unless you take extreme measures, they tell you to resolve issues by taking them up with the board or the president...as stated previously, all they do is pay bills and collect fees from the owners. My complex is 33 units big, and while we do not have a lot of issues, those that need addressing are either resolved or ignored, but only after multiple calls or complaints...

My Condo assoc, uses Rosen and they are bad. They have been managing for 5yrs and have not done much. I have requested things and its a week turnaround time. From all I can tell is they pay our bills and collect our money. I asked the owner randy for a list of what they do for us and he would not provide it. I asked then for status report each week and he wants to charge us for it. Stay away from them. How hard is it really to manage 15 unit building.. We have since fired them as management company. A real pain in the ass getting files back from them. Randy Rosen is the most unprofessional person. He refused to document anything in writing.
