Their classic deep dish pizza just has a super thick crust that is full of grease and is super heavy on the stomach. That heavy crust is then topped with oodles of thick cheese that can be hard to swallow at times.
They do have a thin crust pizza that I do like a lot better. It is much lighter and since there is not soo much cheese, you can enjoy their fresh toppings on this one.

I like the food, the atmosphere and the service at this place. I have never gone here and not had a good time. The seating can be a little cramped due to the large parties that they have, but it is worth waiting in line for. Their pizza is good, not the best, but good. This is a great place to head out to after a long day, but make sure to make a reservation.

Also, make sure to get their deep dish sundae for dessert. Its a huge cookie in a personal deep dish pan with vanilla ice cream and hot fund on top. Its sooo good. And its real big..it can serve like 4 people..especially after you eat their pizza.

We waited 45 minutes to get a table at Uno's only to be tragically disappointed. The waiter was consistently not there and our food was terrible. Their selection was paltry at best. They only had two kinds of pasta, with only marinara sauce (The kind of sauce I expect to come out of a can). I can make better food at home without waiting 45 minutes.
Though I must admit, the waiting area was very nice and cozy.

Don't get me wrong, the pizza was fine, although maybe a bit overcooked (the crust was kind of burnt), it's just that it didn't compare well to Giordano's which is two blocks north and well worth the walk.
The service was okay. Our waiter stopped by a few times to see if we were alright, but it took 10 minutes for him to come back with our credit card receipt after we paid the bill.
The prices were fine, two people had sodas, a pizza, a salad plus tax and tip for like $27.
